Each shoot shows where it stands: booked, filming, editing, delivered. Open one to see the date, what was included, and what’s left to happen.
When a shoot turns Delivered you’ll have an email. Open it and press See all material: your photos, videos and/or floor plan, each in its own section.
Download everything gives you one file with the lot. Or open any single photo or video and take just that one. Yours to use across portals, social and print.
Click any photo to see it large. Choose what you need and write a line about it:
Tick every photo you want worked on, then send them together. One payment, one message from us, and the work starts as soon as it’s settled.
Happy with everything? Press Approve delivery. Your files stay here for good, so you can come back to them whenever a listing needs them again.
If you’re the account owner, go to Account and add your colleagues by name and email. They get their own sign-in link and can book shoots themselves, without going through you. Everything lands on the same dashboard, so the whole team sees every booking, every delivery and every file in one place.
Account is also where you set the address invoices go to. Stuck on something, reply to any email from us and it reaches Alejandro directly.
